New Be Prepared Bundle

Long recognized as an industry leader in Lethbridge, Greer Home Builders has announced an unprecedented move that could indicate a dramatic shift in how new homes are constructed in our city. Company owners Jean Greer McCarthy and Ross McCarthy have revealed that 2012 models will include Greer’s “Be Prepared” bundle which includes emergency food and water storage, audible smoke detectors and most notably, fire sprinklers.
The safety preparedness package will be included in Greer’s 2012 product lines: Love Shacks and Urban Cottages. “Our goal is to raise awareness of the importance of these features and the various ways homeowners can prepare themselves for different types of emergencies,” says Greer McCarthy. “We have partnered with some local suppliers to develop emergency food and water storage. Lethbridge has a large population of residents who actively maintain preparedness supplies. Custom-designing such storage into a new home is ideal rather than trying to squeeze supplies into nooks and crannies.”
For more information on our Be Prepared Bundle, please visit a showhome at 671 Marie Van Haarlem Crescent in Legacy Ridge or 4 Riverton Crescent.
